">We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Chester-le-Street, United Kingdom. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalised care and support in their daily activities.

- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to prevent loneliness and isolation">
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, whilst maintaining dignity and respect">
- Support clients with medication management, including collecting prescriptions and providing reminders">
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences">
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment">
- Aid clients with mobility, ensuring their safety when moving around their home or attending appointments">
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care">
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions">
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge">

- Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided">
