Personal Care Assistant

We are currently recruiting a Support Worker based in Chester to support an individual with autism and learning disabilities. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life and provide essential support with daily living activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and nutrition, as well as encouraging independence and participation in various activities. They will also work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized plans tailored to the individual's needs and goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have knowledge of positive behaviour support, LD, and autism. However, all training will be provided. You must be enthusiastic, willing to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional care. The role requires flexibility, patience, and understanding, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
What We Offer:
