About the Job:

We are seeking a Personal Care Worker to join our team at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing. The successful candidate will support an adult with autism and learning disabilities in their daily life, focusing on personal care and nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Service User with daily living tasks, including personal care and nutrition
• Support the individual in achieving their goals and aspirations
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
• Knowledge of positive behaviour support, LD, autism, and behaviours that challenge (training provided)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS check required
