Role Overview:

  • As a Sales Director at Capgemini Engineering, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients in the Consumer Products and Retail industry.
  • You will lead the sales strategy, manage contracts from negotiation to signed, and work closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in the UK market, and a strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes in the Consumer Products and Retail industry.
  • They will have successfully sold large deals for solutions and services in the CPR industry and have existing relationships in the UK CPR market.
  • Good communication and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a complex matrix organization and with partner companies.
  • Regular travel to meet customers is required, and an engineering or business graduate with sufficient knowledge of information technology is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage contracts from negotiation to signed, ensuring successful delivery of solutions and services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and drive results.
