Responsibilities and Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Covering secondary school classes of all subjects
  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons to students
  • Ensuring pupils are kept on task and maintaining a positive learning environment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree or A-levels in Education or a related field
  2. An interest in working in education and with young people
  3. A resilient, adaptable, and motivated personality
  4. An ability to work as part of a team
  5. Experience as a cover supervisor is preferred but not essential

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive daily rate of £500-£550 per week, paid through the PAYE system, as well as social and networking events, pension contributions, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to support your growth and development.
