At Get Recruited Ltd, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Clerk to join our finance team in the Aylesbury area.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales ledger, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in producing and sending daily, weekly, and consolidated invoices to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce, verify, and send sales invoices to clients on a daily basis
  • Manage around 300-400 invoices per month, maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Resolve client queries and conduct account reconciliations
  • Attend weekly finance meetings to report on the sales ledger performance
  • Generate reports using MS Excel and provide support to the wider finance team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Sales Ledger Clerk or Accounts Receivable
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Sage software would be an advantage
  • Strong MS Excel skills for generating reports

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits

Location: Aylesbury area
