Key Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Key Account Executive to join our team at Staffline Recruitment Ireland. This role is pivotal in developing, organizing, and administering comprehensive services designed to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness for our client contracts, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability.
Responsibilities:- Develop, organize, and administer comprehensive services to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness for client contracts.
- Work with Senior Key Account Executive and wider team to provide innovative service delivery solutions and recommend solutions that add value to the service.
- Review service with client on an ongoing basis to assess performance, prepare manpower planning, and suggest service improvements.
- Deliver service against client SLA and provide management information and reports as outlined within the SLA.
- Issue Client Satisfaction surveys and implement any improvements in a timely manner.
- Provide general advice and guidance to temporary workers, including performance management and absence management.
- Issue Client/Candidate feedback surveys.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in account management or recruitment.
- GCSE English and Maths at Grades A-C or equivalent.
- Qualities and disposition: proactive, dedicated, and able to work in a team environment.
This is a developmental role that will suit someone looking to grow within the company, with consideration and support given to complete CIPD level 3+.
