Key Account Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Specialist to join our team at Staffline Recruitment Ireland. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering exceptional client service, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client-specific service solutions to meet their needs and expectations.
- Deliver client training and inductions, ensuring they are equipped to manage their services effectively.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and Senior Account Specialist to provide innovative service delivery solutions.
- Review service performance with clients regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Ensure all operations comply with legal and ethical standards, company policies, and client SLAs.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in providing professional account management or recruitment services.
- Strong administration and IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- GCSE English and Maths at grades A-C or equivalent.
- Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
