About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Specialist to join our team at Staffline Recruitment Ireland. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering exceptional client service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client-specific service solutions to ensure high levels of efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Register candidates in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including eligibility to work and other relevant regulations.
- Deliver client-specific training as agreed, such as manual handling and inductions.
- Work with the Branch Manager and Senior Account Specialist to provide innovative service delivery solutions.
- Review service performance with clients regularly to assess and suggest improvements.
- Deliver services according to client SLAs.
- Issue Client Satisfaction surveys and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Ensure candidates are paid correctly and on time, and organise weekly payroll clinics.
- Provide general advice and guidance to temporary workers on performance and absence management.
- Conduct appraisals and reviews for temporary workers, if applicable.
- Conduct investigation meetings for complaints or issues.
- Issue Candidate Satisfaction surveys.
- Ensure all operations comply with legal and ethical standards and company policies.
- Complete monthly Branch Quality Audits.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in providing professional account management or recruitment services.
- Strong administration and IT skills.
- GCSE English and Maths at grades A-C or equivalent.
- Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
