The Ritz London is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Housekeeping Department as a House Porter. If you have excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you

As a House Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping Department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that the Housekeeping service areas are stocked with guest amenities
  • Responding to guest amenity requests in a timely manner
  • Maintaining public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Assisting with moving furniture and general Housekeeping tasks
