About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Officer to join our team at Gordon Yates Limited. As a Case Officer, you will play a critical role in providing a quality frontline enquiry service to registrants and members of the public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a range of enquiry calls from applicants, registrants, and members of the public, working collaboratively with peers to ensure all cases are answered and responded to in line with customer service standards.
  • Identify high-risk concerns and cases, prioritizing and progressing them for action.
  • Ensure continued compliance with current policies, guidance, and service standards governing your work.
  • Support and assist colleagues to achieve team priorities, objectives, targets, and goals.
Requirements
  • Experience of effectively managing a high-volume, varied caseload.
  • Customer service experience, particularly supporting and advising people over the telephone.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to both routine and complex tasks, including a willingness to follow procedures precisely.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Access, Outlook, Excel, and web-based software.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £17.70, which is £27,500 per annum, and a hybrid working arrangement based in Kennington. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
