Exciting New Role in Expanding Lending Office

Coast Specialist Recruitment is proud to present an exceptional opportunity for two skilled professionals to join our client's BTL case management team in London.

As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for processing BTL mortgage applications in line with company policy, ensuring seamless end-to-end processing and meeting key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management: Support the team in achieving processing targets by effectively managing the pipeline and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Document Checking: Conduct thorough document checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy.
  • Credit Searches: Undertake and assess personal and company credit searches, as well as related data, to inform decision-making.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional communication and service.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet key performance indicators and service levels by working closely with the Underwriters to ensure efficient and accurate application progression.
  • Communication: Proactively communicate with stakeholders, using a positive and organized approach to resolve queries and issues.
  • Market Awareness: Maintain up-to-date awareness of the current market, financial, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and informed decision-making.
  • Telephone Handling: Effectively handle telephone calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries in a timely manner.
