**About the Role:**

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Department Lead - MFL to join our team at an oversubscribed secondary school in Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the MFL team, developing curriculum plans, and providing guidance to staff members.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective curriculum plans to meet the needs of students.
  • Provide professional development opportunities for staff members.
  • Support the headteacher in implementing school policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant undergraduate degree.
  • Excellent teaching and leadership skills.
  • A specialism in French is desirable but not essential.
