Food Production Team Lead

Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Food Production Supervisor to join their client in Dunstable. This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £17.55 per hour.
About the Role:- Ensure all supervisor food safety and health & safety checks are completed on time and in full, and raise any issues with QA immediately.
- Manage and control costs, yields, and giveaway within the Packing Department.
- Ensure set KPI's are met with the resources at your disposal and report reasons when not met.
- Develop, manage, and motivate staff.
- Train staff.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar role at Supervisor or Manager level within a food production environment. They must be able to work flexibly between early and late shifts, possess strong communication skills, and be a team player who can lead by example.
