Reliability Maintenance Engineering Lead

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Lead at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing technologies in the Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network.
The ideal candidate will have experience in employee and performance management, as well as knowledge of distribution or manufacturing fields with equivalent mechanical or electrical fields.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team, own annual reporting responsibilities, and mentor direct reports to develop technicians within the team.
- Work with site safety departments and leadership to implement safety and statutory compliance programs.
- Implement standards validated by the EU Engineering team and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain equipment failure contingency plans and coordinate rehearsals with affected parties.
