We are seeking a Reliability Specialist to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Reliability Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct root cause analyses to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance schedules to reduce the risk of equipment failure and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that increase efficiency and productivity.

We are looking for a highly skilled Reliability Specialist who is proficient in electrical and mechanical disciplines and has a strong understanding of PLC-based control systems. The ideal candidate will have a full Engineering indentured Apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC-based control systems and ability to design and implement new systems.

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
