About the Role

Captiva Learning is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Premier Pathways Team as an Apprentice Consultant. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting learners through our range of groundbreaking apprenticeship programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support learners in achieving their career and education goals through our apprenticeship programmes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including learners, employers, and colleagues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engagement with all stakeholders.
  • Manage data capture and process management to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders on the telephone, face-to-face, and online.
  • Proactive and anticipatory approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to the audience with diplomatic sensitivity.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
What We Offer
  • Basic salary up to £35,000.

Experience within education, apprenticeships, and/or youth work would all be beneficial, your commitment to outstanding customer service and high-quality engagement with all will be fundamental to your success.
