About the Role

Captiva Learning is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Premier Pathways Team as an Apprentice Consultant. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting learners through our range of groundbreaking apprenticeship programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engagement with learners and clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to achieve programme goals
  • Contribute to the development of new and existing relationships through data capture and process management
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve outstanding results
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt communication style to the audience
  • Proactive and anticipatory approach to problem-solving
  • Driven and motivated individual with a focus on achieving results
What We Offer
  • Basic salary up to £35,000
