About the Position

We are seeking an Aviation Duty Manager to join our team at Air Partner. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the daily flying programme and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Aurigny flights from the Gatwick office.

As an Operations Controller, you will work closely with various departments and external agents to pre-empt and react to live daily operational occurrences. Your excellent airport operational awareness and strong communication skills will enable you to monitor and react to live daily operational occurrences.

You will have the opportunity to work with some of the industry's best to ensure a safe and punctual schedule is delivered across the Aurigny network. Under the supervision of our experienced Team Leads and Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing live daily operational occurrences.
