We are seeking a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Expert to lead the provision of high-quality specialist psychological interventions within a comprehensive MDT for children and young people. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled leader with expertise in at least one model of intervention, who can provide clinical leadership and supervision for psychologists and psychological therapists. A salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in delivering exceptional care to children and young people. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting direction, utilising research skills, audit, policy and service development, and coordinating such activities by psychological practitioners.

The role involves ensuring that systems are in place and working effectively for the clinical and professional supervision and support of all other psychologists and psychological therapists within the service/sector. The trust offers a range of services including secondary mental health care, specialist provision, physical health and well-being services, and encourages flexible working arrangements to promote a positive work/life balance.
