Children's Mental Health Specialist

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our Children and Young People's Mental Health (CYPMH) team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert clinical psychology services to children, young people, and their families.
\This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative care pathways, promoting the well-being of children and young people across our region. Key responsibilities include:
\- Leading the provision of high-quality psychological services within the CYPMH team\
- Delivering specialist psychological assessment, formulation, and therapies to children, young people, and their families\
- Collaborating with colleagues to design and implement effective interventions\
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to research and audit initiatives
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working options, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team culture.
