The Role - Senior Growth Manager

We're seeking a Senior Growth Manager to drive strategies that bring more artists through our doors, leveraging organic growth, paid channels, and creative content to spread the word about what we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies across channels, including Meta and Google Ads, SEO, and referrals
  • Set up and optimize campaigns that drive real results
  • Make data-driven decisions about budget allocation to minimize acquisition costs
  • Collaborate with our brand and creative teams to create compelling content that converts
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly as we expand globally
  • Design and execute experiments to unlock new growth channels
  • Work closely with our data team to track key metrics and inform decision-making

Requirements:

  • Proven experience driving growth in a startup environment
  • Deep understanding of consumer marketing principles
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
  • Comfort with juggling multiple marketing channels and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer retention
