Job Title: Assistant Buyer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Buyer to join our dynamic Buying Team at Beauty Bay. As an Assistant Buyer, you will play a key role in growing and sourcing third-party brands, working closely with suppliers to develop exclusive products and promotions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and brands to source high-quality products and exclusive offers.
  • Work closely with the Buying and Trade Teams to coordinate new product launches and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage product databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry.
  • Collaborate with the Buying Department to develop and implement business strategies and plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Buying or related role.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to manage time and workload efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to react to market trends.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
