Beauty Product Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Beauty Product Sourcing Specialist to join our Buying Team at Beauty Bay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing, sourcing, and owning a selection of third-party brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and brands to source exclusive products, bundles, and promotions.
- Create new upcoming lines and input into the Buying Planner to ensure timely and accurate product launches.
- Manage sample and critical path management, working closely with Logistics, Merch, and Production teams.
- Collaborate with the Buying and Trade Teams to coordinate new launches and ensure product databases and systems are up-to-date.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brands, and complete online comparative shopping reports to develop and maintain knowledge of the current market and brands.
- Lead business newness updates for the Buying Department and Third-Party Brands, liaising with all channels to ensure correct exposure.
- Coordinate internally with all channels any brand funding/campaigns and create a presentation to send back to the Brand.
- Ensure all promo rebates are reported back to the relevant brands.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within a Buying role at either Buying Assistant or Buyers Admin Assistant level is essential.
- Ability to manage time and workload efficiently, and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy.
- Commercial awareness and ability to react to the latest market trends.
- Strong analytical and numerical skill set, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong administration skills to undertake admin tasks as and when needed.
- A strong passion for the Beauty Bay brand and product.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Great attention to detail and an eye for ever-changing events.
