About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Specialist to join our team at Sephora. As a Beauty Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert skincare advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Engage with customers to understand their skincare concerns and goals. Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate products.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest skincare trends, ingredients, and product launches. Develop a deep understanding of the brands and products available at Sephora. Educate customers about the benefits of various skincare ingredients and routines.
  • Sales and Targets: Meet or exceed store sales targets by promoting skincare products. Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to enhance the customer's skincare routine.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing skincare section. Ensure shelves are stocked with an appropriate quantity of products at all times.
  • Training and Education: Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to enhance expertise. Stay informed about industry trends, skincare research, and emerging brands.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • A strong passion for skincare and staying updated on the latest industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales-driven mindset and ability to meet targets.
