We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Buyer to join our dynamic Buying Team at Beauty Bay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and growing a selection of third-party brands, working closely with suppliers to develop exclusive products and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and brands to source high-quality products and exclusive bundles.
- Collaborate with the Buying and Trade Teams to coordinate new product launches and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage product databases and systems, ensuring accurate pricing and data.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and brands.
- Lead business newness updates for the Buying Department and Third-Party Brands, ensuring correct exposure across all channels.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Buying role, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to manage time and workload efficiently.
- Strong communication and administration skills, with a passion for the Beauty Bay brand and product.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with a keen eye for detail and commercial awareness.
