Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrator to join our team at FBSPL. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for providing general administrative support, welcoming tour attendees, and organizing meetings.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks efficiently, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and attendees. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting software, with experience in event planning, meeting coordination, or customer-facing roles being desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing Multiple Tasks: Manage multiple tasks, meetings, and events efficiently, with a keen eye for detail. Prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors and attendees. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Maintaining Records: Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and databases. Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Assisting with Special Projects: Assist with special projects or initiatives as required by management. Ensure compliance with company policies, including data protection and health and safety standards.

Benefits:
FBSPL offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a supportive team environment.
