About Us

Air Cool Engineering NI Ltd specialises in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of HVAC and renewable energy systems. Established in 1998, we cater to both commercial and domestic applications.

The Role

We are seeking an organised and adaptable Service Administrator. As a team player, you must be able to work independently while maintaining effective communication with clients, suppliers, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • General office administration including data input of timesheets on a daily basis for engineers.
  • Planning and scheduling routine Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive calls.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
  • Managing vehicle tracking reports.
  • Ensuring quotes are compiled and returned to customers within set KPI limits.
  • Preparing purchase orders and processing invoices.
  • Managing incoming emails, post, and telephone calls.

Requirements

  • 5 x GCSE's Grade A-C (including English and Maths).
  • Minimum of one year office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am -5pm, Friday 8am – 4pm

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
