Administrative Support Specialist

FBSPL is looking for a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-quality administrative support, coordinate meetings, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and attendees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register tour participants, ensuring they receive relevant information.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, set up equipment, and arrange refreshments.
- Provide administrative support, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and databases.
Requirements:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) and additional qualifications in business administration advantageous.
- Experience in event planning, meeting coordination, or customer-facing roles desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
Estimated Salary:
£28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
