About the Role:
FBSPL is looking for a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-quality administrative support, coordinate meetings, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and attendees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and register tour participants, ensuring they receive relevant information.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, set up equipment, and arrange refreshments.
  • Provide administrative support, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and databases.

Requirements:
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) and additional qualifications in business administration advantageous.
  • Experience in event planning, meeting coordination, or customer-facing roles desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.

Estimated Salary:
£28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
