Accounts Assistant

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
NWCare are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for their Head Office in Limavady. The hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the Finance Team. To enter data from various sources into computer system for processing and data management purposes.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Scan timesheets to attach to invoices
- Check and amend hours billed against rota management system
- Post cash and visa lodgements to SAGE and record on Excel
- Update pay rates and charge rates on Recruitment Management System
- Post Petty cash transactions to SAGE and gather receipts from relevant offices
- Post pre-prepared journals to SAGE
- Spreadsheet data entry from reports provided
- Work within GDPR legislation
- Ad hoc duties as required
**ESSENTIAL**:
- 2 years office experience
- Keen eye for detail
- Competent IT skills
**DESIRABLE**:
- Expreience of sage
