Kingsbury Packaging is seeking to recruit an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their growing and dynamic team based in Limavady. The Internal Sales Coordinator will develop and maintain sales for our C customers inside the business releasing our Field Sales Reps to focus on our A and B customers in their assigned area. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent - 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**
- To capture the outbound calls of Regional C customers for the business
- Grow and develop business relationships and in turn increasing profits and sales
- Supply product knowledge to customers
- Process Sales orders and deal with Customer queries
- Identify opportunities to grow business with designated existing customers
- On-boarding of customers to online ordering option
- Operate as the main point of contact for assigned customers, develop, and maintain long term relationships
- Deal with all customer issues/queries/requests for product and service information promptly, efficiently, and courteously, ensuring appropriate follow-up is completed where required
- Meet and/or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Answer incoming calls, ascertaining nature of call, action as necessary
- Maintenance of customer accounts
- Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams, particularly operations, sales, stock control and credit control to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved
- Adding customers/products and updating Skynamo system
- Work closely with external sales field rep in their assigned territory
- Responsible for data in relation to supplier price increase/decreases
- Responsible for maintaining customer contract pricing

**Experience and Qualifications**
- A minimum of 1 years practical experience in a fast-paced FMCG, Distribution or Manufacturing environment
- Desirable to have a background within Sales or Customer Service
- Educated to GCSE level C standard or equivalent
- Desirable to have experience of working as a user of an ERP system in a Customer Service, Inventory Purchasing, or Distribution role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel required
- Strong prioritisation and time management ability with a focus on attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with your team
- Excellent telephone manner is essential
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office with the ability to work to deadlines accurately and efficiently in a demanding environment is essential
