Director Customer Experience Leadership

We are seeking a talented Senior Director Customer Success to lead our EMEA Customer Experience team and drive the success of our clients' account-based marketing endeavors.
You will be responsible for setting up and executing display advertising and lead generation campaigns, working closely with our clients, sales team, and marketing ops team to optimize strategies and ensure timely implementation of campaigns.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising and/or marketing technology, with experience working with CRM integrations such as Eloqua, Marketo, and HubSpot. Salesforce experience is also highly desirable.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Our benefits include paid time off, work-flex policy, and opportunities for career advancement as our company grows.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the EMEA Customer Experience team
- Setting up and executing display advertising and lead generation campaigns
- Collaborating with clients, sales team, and marketing ops team to optimize campaign strategies
- Fostering strong relationships with Customer Experience Managers to facilitate smooth handoffs from campaign setup to delivery
- Generating comprehensive reports throughout campaign lifecycles to enhance client retention
