Job Overview
Career Opportunities: We are seeking a Nursing Home Manager for our luxury residential care home based in Birmingham. As a Registered Nurse with active Pin, you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver exceptional resident care and achieving outstanding CQC reports.

This prestigious client is a well-renowned provider of luxury services, offering state-of-the-art facilities such as a Wellness Suite, Gym, Cinema, and Café. You will work closely with the Head of Departments to build a successful team from the ground up, ensuring residents receive the highest quality care and lifestyle experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent business acumen, strong commercial skills, and experience in marketing and budget management. A background in Commissioning homes is desired but not essential. If you have transferable skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care, please apply today.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 + bonus, private healthcare, and 25 days annual leave. This role is commutable from surrounding areas including Stafford, Winsford, Derby, Coventry, Leicester, Hereford, Worcester, Dudley, and Wolverhampton.
