Regional Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Regional Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our regional operations, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage regional teams to ensure effective execution and high-quality results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Contribute to sales process development and act as a flexible team member
Requirements:
- Technical sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in residential buildings
- 5+ years of experience in leadership or management roles, with a proven track record of success
- Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or surveying
- Knowledge of subsidence problems in the UK and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Customer-facing skills and experience with virtual technology
- A full driving licence
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive base salary (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum), generous commissions, comprehensive healthcare, pension, car allowance, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Industry-leading commission programme available with opportunity to achieve £100k plus commission per year.
