As a Business Development Director at Nexus Elite, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Seasonal Turnaround Services (STS) business unit. This fast-growing and sector-defining FM provider is seeking an outstanding individual with the talent, ambition, and loyalty to flourish in this exciting opportunity.

The STS division specialises in delivering deep cleaning and hotel housekeeping services to Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and university sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Business Unit Director and Administration Manager to bid and win work with new PBSA organisations and universities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate your ability to work independently and generate new leads, as well as complete bids in both private sector (PBSA) and public sector (university) RFP processes. You will be supported by the Business Development Director and will have the opportunity to own a service line target.

Your three main Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be achieving STS PBSA sales targets, STS university sales targets, and next financial year pipeline coverage. To be considered for this role, you must have existing sales experience and a proven track record of managing and delivering £1m+ sales targets. Public sector/university bid experience is preferred but not essential.

In return, you will be offered a competitive basic salary (£55,000), plus commission and car allowance, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to progress their careers in sales and business development.
