Corporate Sales and Event Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Corporate Sales and Event Manager to spearhead the sales and event coordination efforts at Unity Place, our premier venue located in Milton Keynes. This highly skilled professional will be responsible for driving the growth of our events business, working closely with clients to design bespoke events, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, as well as the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously. With a proven track record in event sales and management, this professional will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of event coordinators, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event sales and management.
- The ideal candidate will have a degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting is a plus.
- Sales and Event Coordination:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue setup, catering, AV equipment, staffing, and guest management.
