This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. You should also be able to think strategically and set clear sales objectives aligned with business goals.

A comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations, guest experience, and industry trends, is required. You should also have proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
