Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented Business Growth Manager to join our team at Hotel MK Ltd. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow new and lapsed business through agents and direct corporate clients. You will also work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and offers a competitive salary of £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Duties include developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve shared goals.
- The ideal candidate will have a background in meetings and events sales, a proven track record of success in sales and business development, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in meetings and events sales.
