Car Park Portfolio Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Car Park Portfolio Development Executive to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our portfolio development team, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and delivering car parks across the country.

About You

You will be working closely with internal stakeholders to develop customer and market propositions that maximize acquisition potential. Your strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills will enable you to build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, track sales progress, and ensure new site openings across your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and acquire car parks from existing or new sites to meet aggressive growth targets.
  2. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking sales progress and ensuring new site openings across your territory.
  3. Work with key internal and external stakeholders to create customer and market propositions that maximize acquisition potential.
  4. Monitor local competitor activity to inform strategic acquisition decisions.
  5. Oversee the successful onboarding of new sites and ensure revenue targets are achieved.

Requirements

  • End-to-end sales/acquisition experience, ideally in a commercial or multi-site retail environment.
  • Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and eager to drive new business growth.
  • Strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills.
