About the Role

As a Store Manager at Tesco, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You will be a role model, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve their best, while also being a key ambassador for the Tesco brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement effective store layouts and visual merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement
• Manage and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve their best, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed
• Work closely with the store's operational teams to ensure seamless execution of store operations
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive growth
