Salary and Benefits

The pay rate for this position is around £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.*

Job Responsibilities

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding nursing care and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and outstanding patient satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A registered nurse qualification (RGN or RMN).
  • Experience in a leadership or management role within a care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
