Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Team Administrator to join our Employment Support Service within the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Employment Advisors, prioritizing responses to user and carer enquiries, and booking appointments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing confidential secretarial and organizational support to all staff
  • Maintaining outlook calendars and processing referrals
  • Carrying out general office duties, including photocopying and ordering stationery
  • Transcribing minutes and distributing to team members
