We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating company events, and maintaining our Integrated Management System (IMS).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tender Administration: Booking meetings, setting up tender folders, monitoring bids, and tracking opportunities.
  • Marketing: Producing a marketing plan, maintaining internal staff communication feeds, and updating the company website and social media.
  • Building Projects: Updating training matrices, health and safety trackers, and assisting with site documentation.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong academic record with five passes at GCSE including English & Maths
  • A-level or equivalent qualification to enable entry for degree level course (desirable)
  • Some knowledge or experience in a business administrative role
  • Experience using web Content Management Systems (Dupal) or similar
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office apps, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
