**About the Role:**

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist with front desk duties, ensure accurate patient information, and maintain confidentiality.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced medical environment and work collaboratively with a talented team. You will perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing schedules, and coordinating appointments.

The estimated salary for this position is **$50,000 - $65,000 per year**, depending on experience. To qualify, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and currently be working as a Medical Assistant with minimum of one year of experience or successful completion of Medical Assistant School/Program.

  • Maintain accurate patient information and ensure confidentiality
  • Coordinate appointments and communicate with patients
**Required Qualifications:**
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Currently working as Medical Assistant with minimum of one year of experience, or Successful completion of Medical Assistant School/Program or have completed comparable training within discipline of EMT or equivalent military training
  • AHA or ARC BLS within 90 days of hire
