We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Account Manager to join our UK sales team at Glen Callum Associates ltd. This role is ideal for those with experience in Customer Service or Internal Account Management, preferably within the Motor Factor, Industrial/Engineering Supplies/Distributor, or Trade Commodities sectors.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent sales and business support skills, with a focus on increasing sales, developing customer spends, and growing order values through effective questioning. They should also be able to work autonomously, taking and processing orders while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Order Processing: Take and process orders, provide attentive customer service, and build solid customer relationships.
  2. Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase average order values, set up and onboard new customers for a seamless customer experience.
  3. IT Literacy: Demonstrate high IT literacy, particularly with presentation packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel.
