Business Development Representative

Glen Callum Associates ltd is seeking experienced Internal Sales Account Managers / Tele-Sales Account Managers to enhance our UK sales team's performance. As a key player in this role, you will play a vital part in delivering first-class sales support and driving business growth.
A successful candidate will possess a proven track record in Customer Service or Internal Account Management within the industrial sector, with expertise in sales, business development, and relationship-building. They should be adept at identifying opportunities to increase sales, develop customer spends, and enhance order values.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing top-notch customer service and support to both existing and new customers, fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
- Collaborating with the field sales team to process orders efficiently, ensuring seamless delivery and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
