Commercial Revenue Growth Manager

As a Commercial Revenue Growth Manager at Princes, you will be responsible for managing a group of Channel specific customers and delivering the Princes RGM and trading commercial (branded) strategy. Your focus will be on achieving revenue, profit, and market share objectives, working closely with the full CS&P function to translate brand strategy and plans into customer-ready solutions. You will execute the go-to-market price, promotion, and pack mix (PPA) for all UK brands across the customer base, reviewing performance and proposing course corrections as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sku profitability mix alongside customer investment challenges and opportunities
Analyze and report performance of plans implemented, taking action and sharing learnings
Profitably execute and review ROI on annual Brand and Shopper Plans
Maintain product Food Safety, Legality, Integrity, Authenticity, and Quality standards
Requirements
3-5 years RGM/Commercial/Finance/Buying experience with proven capability at driving results
Strong data analysis and ability to turn insights into action
