This is an hourly position, 8:15 - 4:15, Monday - Friday, for the camp season.* You will also attend and help facilitate 3 or 4 staff meetings on Monday afternoons at Camp and/or evenings at JCC Greater Boston.

The Pathways Director will work closely with the Program Director and Assistant Pathways Director to provide support services to our campers with disabilities, ensuring they have access to all aspects of our camp program.

Estimated salary: $42,000 per year (based on 40 hours/week and 52 weeks/year)
