About the Role:
Elysium Healthcare seeks an experienced Senior Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism at Felbrigg House in Dover, Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing shifts, ensuring the wellbeing of service users, and supervising support staff.

Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee the smooth running of shifts
- Ensure the wellbeing of all service users
- Respond to challenges or concerns
- Supervise support staff

Requirements:
- Experience as Senior Support Worker or extensive care experience in a Learning Disability and Autism residential setting
- Hold NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Strong leadership skills, empathy, and caring compassionate nature
- Ability to deal with challenging behaviors and positive professional approach
