Senior Payroll Administrator

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for a portfolio of clients, including data entry and basic analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to resolve payroll queries.
  • Collaborate with the Pensions Administration team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Develop and implement efficient payroll processes to meet business needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably with a large volume of clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
